Welcome to the Mind Wellness Center
The Mind Wellness Center is being developed as a supportive and accessible space that brings together neuroscience expertise and whole-person wellness. Our full center will officially open in 2026, but we are already offering introductory classes that give our community a meaningful first look at the programs and experiences we are building.

We offer a growing selection of wellness opportunities, including consultations, cognitive and stress assessments, nutrition and sleep support, yoga, dance and movement, and mindfulness-based activities. Each offering is designed to promote resilience, balance, and healthier everyday living.
